Updated 24 October 2026

This notice covers the RenderPoint website and the RenderPoint Studio private preview, operated by RenderPoint Technologies Limited. Studio is still in development; the public website does not currently provide a sign-in or generation service.

Signing in with Google

When you choose Google sign-in in the Studio preview, Google shares your account identifier, name, email address and profile picture with our authentication service. We use this information to identify your RenderPoint account and connect you to its private workspace. RenderPoint does not receive your Google password. We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts or YouTube content.

Your projects and character references

Studio stores work in your browser. When you sign in, projects, conversations, edit settings, saved character sheets and the supported images and source clips connected to them sync to your RenderPoint account. Optional versioned project copies are also stored if you choose to save them. Sync allows you to reopen supported work in another signed-in browser or device.

Signing out hides that account’s workspace on this device; it does not erase its browser or cloud copies. A guest workspace can be copied into the first account used on that browser. Use a private device for personal work, and only upload content you have permission to use.

Services that process information

Supabase provides Studio authentication, database and file storage. Google handles the Google sign-in step. The public website uses Sites hosting on Cloudflare infrastructure. These services process connection and security information, such as IP addresses and request details, to operate their services. See Supabase’s privacy policy, Google’s privacy policy, OpenAI’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

AI generation and paid AI chat requests remain disabled in this preview. Signing in or syncing a project does not run an AI model. This notice will be updated before provider-backed AI features are made available.

Browser storage and website use

Studio uses browser storage for your sign-in session, local projects, account selection and interface preferences. The current informational website has no advertising or analytics scripts added by RenderPoint. Hosting services may retain operational logs.

Keeping and removing information

Account content remains stored while the preview is in use. Automatic cloud expiry and self-service account deletion are not available yet. Clearing a device’s local library does not delete its cloud files. To request access, correction or removal of your account data, contact renderpoint.ai@gmail.com. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you before acting. Provider security logs and backups may have separate retention periods.

Cloud processing may take place outside your country, depending on the service and project region. No online service can guarantee that data will never be lost or accessed improperly; keep your own copy of important work.

Questions and changes

For privacy or sign-in questions, email renderpoint.ai@gmail.com. We will update this page as the preview and its data handling change, and show the current revision date above.
